The Popalong truck brings all the joy and fun of ice cream and popsicles straight to your celebration, making it easy for you and your guests to enjoy a variety of frozen treats, including vegan and gluten-free options.
Everything we serve we make! Popalong was created in the spirit of joy, friendship, and collaboration by Lil Pop Shop and Weckerly's Ice Cream. We’ve both been hand making small batch frozen treats in Philadelphia for the past ten years! With a shared focus on fresh local ingredients, fair-trade sourcing, and friendly service we’re thrilled to bring everything together under one roof and four wheels.
5% of each booking helps to bring the Popalong truck to local schools, non-profits, and community events with limited funds.

SHARING JOY
It was more than a love of handcrafted frozen treats and local seasonal ingredients that brought Lil Pop Shop and Weckerly’s Ice Cream together. The founders of both businesses are proud Philadelphians who believe that a business should exist to serve its community. Over the years, Weckerly’s and Lil Pop Shop have raised money for local schools and donated thousands of pops, scoops, and ice cream sandwiches to community events.
Collaborating on Popalong has created a great vehicle for delivering joy, and we would like to share some of that joy with you! With our SHARING JOY initiative 5% of the funds from every booking help to provide free ice cream and pops to schools and community groups in underserved areas of Philadelphia.
